I am getting rejected with the explanation: Quality issues

I have had several rejections that are Quality issues and I can't see what the problem is. Please help me out.

I agree with @mattijs2928317964qf   regarding focus issues. The first image also has noticeable artifacts.

The first one is highly overprocessed. Too much saturation, washed out details, border around the windmills, blown out highlights, colour noise, wrong white balance.

 

The waves are better, but you have heavy chromatic aberration. You also have artefacts with the rocks that remind me of the old camera shake filter in photoshop.

I agree with @mattijs2928317964qf   regarding focus issues. The first image also has noticeable artifacts.

my guess would be that in the image with the windmills you have a lot of chromatic aberations on the high contrasting edges, ghosting on the sides of the windmills also the sharpness is not the greatest in both images.
