Eyes are almost always a problem with AI. On the rare occasions when AI does give you perfect eyes, copy them and paste them to your Library.

It's not a photo, it's a generative AI picture with a quite syntetic look. 

 

In addition, you have rendering errors (see the knobs and the sleeve of the shirt).

The coin piles do have renering errors too: 

Generative AI is agnostic about the reality and they render something that is more or less accurate, well more less than accurate. They have made progress with natural objects like trees, animals, humans. But also there, they are far from perfect. For anything that needs to be accurate (geometric objects) they mostly fail.
