I applied for US$47.84 through PayPal on June 5, 2019. But so far, money cannot be sent to Paypal from Adobe stock.

There is nothing wrong with my Adobe stock and Paypal account. Tax forms have long been submitted.

I'd like to know what this is about because it hasn't happened so far.

Payouts are done manually and they may take some time before being processed. You need to wait 15-30 days for the payouts to happen.
