I bought some pictures on Fotolia in 2014 or 2015. Now the author is asking to me royalties. I can't access to my Fotolia account to download evidences of my purchase. Can you help me?

Contact Adobe Support: Use the Adobe Help Center. Start a chat and explain: "I need to retrieve purchase history from my legacy Fotolia account for a licensing dispute." Have your old email address ready.

Fotolia, acquired by Adobe in 2015, transferred all user accounts and licensing history to Adobe Stock. To access past image purchase history, you must sign in to the Adobe Stock site using your former Fotolia credentials to sync, or contact Adobe Support to retrieve records.
