I can access my contributor page no more

Hi. It's been some weeks that I can't access my contributor page. I clicked on the CONTACT US button in the window I see instead of my page, but I had no response. Why? I can't understand what the problem is. Do anyone know what's happened? Did any of you ever think about that?

It MIGHT be that Adobe closed down your account for violating the rules; this happens.

It MIGHT be that they emailed you before and they emailed you this time, but you didn't get the email.

Check your spam folder anyway.

Adobe Stock said there was an infringment issue with a file of mine (that they cancelled from my port), but now? Why I can access no more? What can I do? I wrote to the support, but none andwered me.
