I can log into my Adobe Stock Contributor account, but all my earnings, payout details, and uploaded files are missing. This issue has lasted 7 days. Please investigate and restore my account.

  1. Did you log-in with the correct Contributor email and password?
  2. Did you try with another web device that doesn’t have script blockers or VPN enabled?
