I can't be a contributor
Hello,
I would like to be a contributor but when I try to be i always got this screen. How can I be a contributor?

When you open a contributor account you accept the Terms of Use, which you can also access on this page: https://www.adobe.com/legal/terms.html . You need to be of an age where you are legally allowed to enter a business relationship. Pay attention to section 7 where you indemnify Adobe against any claims.
