I can't see the photos sent to me

The image I want to download cannot be found on my device but it can be seen on another device, and when I open the link to the image, it cannot be found. I have tried from Safari, Chrome and Brave servers, but they all give the same error. How can I find a solution, could it be related to my IP address or the country I live in, I am connecting from Turkey, if this is the problem, how can I solve it?

Connect to Adobe Stock Canada instead of Turkey.

Thank you this helped me find and download that image. But now I'm facing another problem. This time I can see the image I want to download, but "This asset cannot be licensed." I get an error and I can't download the image. This image is within the standard license and I have enough credits. I changed the region I connected to in the "Choose your region" section, but again "This asset cannot be licensed." I'm getting the error. What should I do?
