I can't upload continent to contributor.stock.adobe

I can't upload content to contributor.stock.adobe. It shows 'Your ID card got rejected. Please submit another one before continuing.' and provides a button labeled 'Let's Go,' but it's not linked anywhere.

I've read that before, but I do not know what the solution to this is, apart from trying from a different browser or network.
