I cannot add my Ukrainian mobile phone number to my Adobe account for Adobe Stock Contributor verification.

Hello Adobe Stock Community,

I am trying to register as an Adobe Stock Contributor. My Adobe ID email has been successfully verified, but I cannot add my mobile phone number.

I am located in Ukraine and use a Ukrainian mobile number (+380). When I enter my number and click “Add”, I receive this error:

“An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.”

I have tried adding the phone number using Safari and Chrome on Mac, and Safari on iPhone. The same error occurs on all devices.

The Adobe Stock Contributor portal does not allow me to continue because phone verification is required.

Could you please advise whether this is a known issue with Ukrainian phone numbers or Adobe account verification, and how I can complete the verification?
