I cannot send some files

Hi. Recently I found a new problem: I can't send some files for review. It's not related to upload limits, because I can send some files for review, but not others at the same time. I changed their titles and keywords, but it doesn't change anything, I still can't send some files for review. Do you know the reason for this?

What file types?  JPG, PNG, AI, EPS, SVG, MP4 video?

Did you read & follow the Stock submission requirements for your respective file types?

Exactly what do you mean by "I can't send some files for review"? You can't upload them, or you can't submit them? What error message do you see?

Do you get any error messages? Are you submitting by way of Lightroom or Bridge, or by using the drop-in feature?

Yes, I have fulfilled all the requirements. There are no error messages. I can't send svg and mp4. The indicator just always stays red and the file is not added to the sabmit.

A red dot in the lower right corner of the images in your New tab indicates that you haven't completed all of the necessary fields and checkboxes. It will turn green when the image has been fully updated and then you can submit it.
