I did not receive an upfront payment

Question

hey guys, 2of my designs has been nominated for free collection and have been approved. those designs right now on showing as free products but I didn't receive any payment or I didn't see any pay increase.
how can I check my free upfront payment?
how can I receive it? can anyone please help me with this?

This is a user-to-user forum. Contact Adobe Stock support directly about royalty payments. Typically payouts can be requested when you have accrued at least $25 in royalties.

Depending on the date, the pictures have been accepted, you will see $5-earning increase without associated sales in your account. For the last accepted pictures, you earned the upfront payment at the end of August, even when the pictures got only released during September.
