I do not receive alert email when I sell a file any longer

Good afternoon,

It is since few days I don't receive the alert email when I sell a file. I checked in my account setting but I found just the option to receive an alert email when one of my pic has been moderated.

Can you help me?

Thanks in advance.

Bye

Correct answer Abambo

Did you have sales for that period?

There has been a modification that sends out only a mail a day for your sales instead of a mail for each sale.

You should also check your spam folder. Sometimes mails like that are intercepted as spam.

Good afternoon to you,

Yesterday I sold 2 files and today 1 file.

Sure the suggestion has been helpful. I think that there have been some differences from fotolia and Adobe stock contributor area because in the past when I sold a file I received immediately the alert email. Anyway there are not problems it is ok in this way as well. Good work and have a nice day! Bye!

This is new and has been announced here: Change to sales notification emails . Before there was an e-mail for each sale.
