I do not receive the payment since 7 apr 21

I do not recieve my payment after payout since 7 April 21 (3 weeks from payout). I think this too long and more the usual around 1 week after confirm payout.

I checked your account and see that your payment request from April 7 was process successfully on April 14. Please check your PayPal account to confirm. If you don't see it, contact PayPal customer service for assistance. If they cannot help, submit a request to Adobe Stock contributor support using the contact us link found at the bottom of the Adobe Stock Contributor Portal.
