I do not understand the reasons for rejections of several images

Several of my images were rejected for reasons not quite clear to me.   The rejection text is:

=================================

Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, we found that it doesn't meet our needs so we can't accept it into our collection.

Possible reasons:

- Non compliant use of another artist’s name.

- Undeclared Generative AI Content.

- Content not compliant with overall guidelines:

================================

I do not understand the rejections reasons because

a) I am not using someone else's work -- these are my images

b) There is no Generative AI Content

c) unclear (to me) why and what content of the image is NOT compliant with overall guideline

Two of the rejected images are attached here:

Thanks for the feedback in advance

When you submit original artwork that you created, you must also include signed property releases, by you as the artist. And you can't mention any artist's names in the title, keywords or descriptions.

Hope that helps.

Is this something new?  I mean signing a property release for my own photos/contributions?

I have over 1500 images that I have submited and have been accepted and none of them have required a property release eventhough they are all mine 🙂

So not sure I follow the current situation....

Thank you for your feedback

No, but that could be needed in certain cases of a refusal.

Given that the execution of your artwork is not great, I would say the refusal is more to understand, like "We are not convinced that such highly modified assets should enter our database".

Are your 1500 assets mandalas as the above?

The images and execution cannot be used in the database. They have several severe issues that make them not suitable:

  • the strong vignette effect
  • the clipping
  • the overall quality of the assets viewed at 100%

Adobe simply does not want this type of asset in the database. You get the same refusal for intentionally (or not) fully blurred pictures.

I also face this issue  This is mostly due to wrong title e.g if image is without removing background and you write in title on white background it's mostly metadata issue.buy mostly occur when your title mistake.

Thank you for the response and suggestion.  Here is the title I used "Abstract view of a photo of colorful flowers and vegetation - created as a mandala to represent the vibrant colors of the plants and surroundings in an avant-garde way";

Not clear if the title is really the issue....

Non-compliance could refer to your titles and keywords.

Thank you for the follow up.  Not sure if that is the issue... Here is the title I had used for the image posting: "Abstract view of a photo of colorful flowers and vegetation - created as a mandala to represent the vibrant colors of the plants and surroundings in an avant-garde way"
