I found an image being used without a license

I recently received an eblast from a local company and I can see that they are using an image without a license -- the image number is still in the bottom right corner.

Adobe will only accept license violation reports from the copyright owner. I found the image copyright owner's profile but there is no way to contact them through Adobe's website.

Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Hi C.,

Thank you for reporting this. Please visit https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/content-usage.html#Howtoreportsuspectedmisuseofyourintellectualproperty for reporting such an issue. Provide the asset ID and that is being used improperly.
