It is impossible to contact Adobe so is there anyone here that could help me, please?

I received 1099 showing royalties paid for last year but I never saw the money. I hardly ever log in any more since my sales are pretty slow. I just tried to log in and I do not see my contributor dashboard neither any of the photos I have been selling since 2015.

In addition to that, I receive emails from Adobe Stock when something gets sold but I can’t log in and ssee anything.

Did I get hacked? What can I do? Please help me….

Try logging in using another web device that doesn’t have script blockers or VPN enabled.

Failing that, are you sure you’re using the correct log-in for your Stock Contributor Account? Notice I said Stock, not Fotolia.

You see the royalties that you earned in the calendar year. Not the earnings that you had requested to be paid out.

I hope that is the case. I received 1099 from Adobe. 1099 is issued to report income. Would they issue it even if I didn’t request the payout of the royalties in the past year? I truly hope it’s a matter of some glitch in the system . I am not able to log in to my account to see contributors dashboard or any of the images

Yes. you are taxed on when you earned the royalties, not when you took the money. check your account the money is probably there.

Thank you, Nancy. Yes I logged in from four different devices also, they sent me tax statement that I got paid but I never got any money from them. It looks like  I got hacked and all my photos are gone. A lot of them were photos of people with signed releases. I would think it could be a glitch but the statement of income makes me doubt that. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone at Adobe. I’ve emailed them yesterday and still get notifications that my photos are getting sold.

EMAIL is not how to reach Contributor Support.

Use the Contact link in your Dashboard which generates a CASE #.

Obviously, you’re making sales, but you can’t see your earnings report, to request a payout.  That’s not a hacking problem. That’s an account permissions problem.
