Like in topic I got rejcetions of this photos, because their are too similar to what they have:

and a few days later they acceptet this:

so they don't have any rules for accepting that and it all depends on the mood of a reviewer? xd

Stock Reviewers are randomly assigned to assets. It's highly unlikely that the same Reviewer examined both submission batches.

Everything AI generates looks homogenous to me. That's the nature of the beast, IMO.

Mix things up:

  • Don't imitate, innovate.
  • Use AI as inspiration rather than a final product.
  • Or combine AI with original artwork to make something truly unique.

Hope that helps.

These assets are indeed very similar to others, even within your own submissions, let alone including the entire database. The woman with the blue coat should be in entirely different environments, with different clothing, in more variable poses. Or, if it's AI, which these appear to be, different women altogether. Even then, only three of the same subject should be included, with very remarkable differences.

I don't argue with it's not similiar to other I just try to understand why they rejected a few and then accepted others of almost the same image, bc it doesn't have any sense for me. If they would to this in different order accepting a few and rejcet other that would make more sense. This way I think is very random.

We can agree on this. Check some of the threads, and you will read that we all are buffeled at this refusals. And at the inconsistencies of them.

This question is becoming way too frequent and frankly annoying. I want to be kind, but your comments make it hard... why can't you see that that all these assets look too similar to each other?

I don't mean to pick on you, instead I am giving advice to all the people frustrated over rejections.

Creating AI assets requires a creative mindset, it is not a quick way to riches.
In my opinion you (like so many others) shoot yourselves on the foot by submitting too many assets of the same them theme,  and don't pay much attention to AI defects, that I'm sure exists, like it's in most cases.

It is possible that any of us can create an AI image that's a home run, and make a few thousand dollars in a short time... I will celebrate that for you or anyone.

I suggest you make a mind shift...  and consider the following advice:

1- replace quality over quantity.  2- Everyone should be thinking about what the market wants, then focus on your personal vision of that.

3- think outside the box creating unique imagery, be bold and outrageous, something that makes you proud of calling your own, and is more than effortless typing prompts and quick fixes.  4- Use your own photos or illustrations as prompts, even done with a cell phone, that is really working well for me, not to mention that I can take more credit for the final result.

I've submitted about 8 Firefly assets that I put at least 30 minutes or more fixing in photoshop, yet only three have been approved. One which is totally unique, was just rejected yesterday, and another image of an airplane which of which zillions already exist, was approved last week.
Here are a couple of generic shots that were approved, they are mine, they look real, and I'm very proud of them.

Good luck to you

I wouldn't like to sit in your plane, however. My guess is that it would fall from the sky quite soon. Well, theoretically, it could not take off. 😉 Your first contains artefacts and should have been refused.

Firefly used one of my photos that was not approved bc it needed a model release, and created something very similar to the original, and I'm vey happy with it.

The plane is not mine, it's Emirates plane, I guess you missed the logo too, I'm sure it will sell well.

Always that conspiracy of mood. The similar rtefusal does with a high probability not depend on the mood of a moderator. As they claim to compare the submitted asset against all assets in the database, they need to use a tool for that. If I would build a tool, I would return probably an appreciation between 0 and 4 (or something similar). May be they also show where the image would be the most similar. The erratic behavior of the refusal seems to indicate, that the final decision is taken by a human. Your first submission for the woman in the blue dress, would probably return a high probability, as youself are submitting the similar assets. Be more selective with your submissions, that may help.

The fist time you did submit 7 similar assets. The second time you did submit only 2 similar assets. That may make a difference.

We do not know, how Adobe's tool to detect similar assets works, it may well be that if you submit such series, that the results of the tool get amplified, as you specifically did submit similars.

They are also too similar to each other.

I know their are, but I think Adobe Stock's moderation works so randomly that it's better to have more identical photos than just one original.
