I have a few simple questions which are puzzling me.

I have completed my first vector art file, and now it is ready to submit for approval.

I think I have completed all the requirements except for a couple of issues, which I am finding difficult to understand what to do.

1)  My artboard is sized at 5000px by 3000px to meet the 15MB requirement.

But my actual stand-alone vector graphic is only approximately 1000px by 700px. Is this correct?

2)  Do I need to offset my artboard to the top left-hand corner, and if so, do I need to have my vector image in that corner also?
