I have a problem with selling my photos on adobe stock

Hi ,

I am adobe stock contributor , I have an iisue with selling my accepted photos on the website !

when i press on the id of my pictures and search them on the website , it give that the page is not found !!

Also when i search about My Portfolio , it give it isn't available !!

Why ? and how to solve ?

I have this problem from 2 months ago , and I can't sell my photos.

Please help me😥

What is your gegion you are in? Some regions have access to only a restricted number of assets. Images need an additional vetting to enter in this pool. This is probably due to conform with local laws.

but what u recommend me to put the region on my website ??

Is your account also in the USA? If you created your account, and at that time you were in Turkey, it may well be that your account still is attached to that country. You see that, when you look at your portfolio.

A different possibility is, that you are blocking Adobe related websites. That happens if you are behind a restrictive corporate firewall or you have a misconfigured host file.
