Hello Adobe Stock Support,

I have been unable to upload new files for over two weeks.

It shows "Submission limit reached" even though I have no files in review or moderation.

Please check and reset my submission limit.

My Contributor ID: [211812528]

Thank you.

Adobe Stock imposed both weekly and maximum submission limits to prevent abuse & backlogs.

If you've exceeded your maximum submission limit for the month, you'll have to wait a while longer.

Submission limits increase gradually over time as you accrue more accepted assets.

You are not addressing Adobe directly in this forum and will receive no reply from Adobe here. You will need to discover your account limit by observing the stats in your adding each day.

There is a new weekly submission limit. You will have to wait.

The crucial information is that the new weekly submission limits for Adobe Stock contributors are not publicly disclosed and vary from account to account.

Key Facts About the Limits

  • No Fixed Number: There is no single, fixed weekly number that applies to all contributors (like 100 or 500).

  • Dynamic Limit: Adobe has stated that your personal submission limit is based on a variety of factors related to your account, including your performance (sales) and your approval rates.

  • Temporary Pause: When you reach your weekly submission limit, or the maximum amount of allowed content pending moderation, you will experience a temporary pause before you can submit more content.

  • Finding Your Limit: Contributors typically discover their individual weekly limit when the "Submit" button grays out and they receive the "Submission limit reached" message.

Adobe encourages contributors to focus on uploading their best, highest-quality work consistently to avoid hitting the pause.
