I have clicked on both Annual and Perpetual Free Collection — and submitted. Will this cause any problems or will it disable my free collection video permissions? Please confirm.

Adobe would not have included the ability to click on both if it would cause harm to your account. I selected both and got a few images accepted to each collection.
