I have problem about payment

Hello, I am a contributor. I completed the request to submit the payment on August 4th, but so far my PayPal has not received the payment from your company. Could I know the current situation?

The account needs to change status to “payment done”, before the money can arrive to your account. If by now, it's still in pending status, contact contributor support. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

If you see a PayPal transaction on your credit or debit card statement, but don’t have a PayPal account, or can’t find the transaction in your PayPal account, it’s likely that your payment was completed through our guest checkout.

A guest checkout transaction happens when PayPal is used as the payment processor, but you weren’t logged into your PayPal account at the time of the purchase.

You can create a PayPal account by clicking Activate PayPal Now in the email you received at the time of your purchase. Once your account is created, you can open a dispute.

If you have a problem with your guest transaction and want to open a dispute, go to your Resolution Center and click Report a Problem. The Resolution Center is only accessible on a web browser, not the PayPal app.
