I have recently downloaded several files that claim to be vector and either aren’t, or are clearly generated with image trace, which makes them unusable to me. I am also unable to tell the poor quality of the vector art from the image preview. How do I report these? I found one answer to

  • Report in Stock Community Forum: Post the file numbers in the Adobe Stock Community forum, where staff and volunteers review complaints.

This does not seem like a helpful idea or place for solutions to happen.

That is the only correct answer.

Adobe doesn’t monitor this Contributor community.

Nobody here can help you get a credit on your downloads.

    Good luck.

Contact Adobe Customer Care (Best for Refunds)

If you want your credit or money back, you must contact support directly. They are generally helpful with "faulty" assets (e.g., a vector that is actually a flat JPEG, visible watermarks on a paid file, or extreme compression).

    • Go to: Adobe Contact Us.

    • The Chat Bot: Start a chat and type "Representative" to get past the automated bot.

    • What to provide: Have the Asset ID number ready (found in your License History). Explain that the asset is "technically faulty" or "low quality/unusable."
