What is the status of your payment request? The $25 limit that @Jill_C mentioned got suspended temporarily for contributors having got the Firefly bonus.

When did you request a payout?  I would wait 15 business days as Adobe Stock support doesn't work holidays & weekends.

Once you’ve accrued more than US$25 in royalties on Adobe Stock, you can request a payout as long as the following criteria are met:

  • You've got a validated tax form on file in your account.

  • At least 45 days have passed since your first Adobe Stock sale. (You can make subsequent payment requests when you reach the US$25 threshold again).

  • You've got a valid PayPal, Payoneer, or Skrill account available to receive funds.

You have to sell >$25 before you can request a payout. If your usages are in a very competitive category, the Buyers are probably not even seeing them. Search on the Buyer portal for the keywords you've used and see how many results are displayed. If your images don't show up in the first few pages, it's unlikely that they'll sell. Look for underrepresented niches in the Adobe Stock database.
