I just registered on Adobe Stock Contributor and failed to add a mobile number. I have tried several times but still failed to add a mobile number

please use mobile phone to register number same happend to me solved by adding number through my phone.

We’ve seen similar complaints from users in Pakistan and Bangladesh. Possibly a regional problem.

Can you add the same Mobile Phone number to your online Adobe account?
