I'm eligible to Bonus program but I didn't receive my redeem code

Hi,

I've been trying to contact adobe support but nobody helped me..

I'm a contributor on Adobe Stock for 6 years now and every year I'm qualified for the bonus program. Especially this year with my biggest revenues, when I uploaded like 10,000 approved files and sold thousands too.

But I didn't receive any redeem code this year, so I don't understand what's the issue here and I've been trying to contact adobe support for a month now without any success...

Now the chat support told me they can't help me too, and I should try it here... it's getting very frustrating...
