I agree with @Jill_C, the histogram shows clear underexposure, along with the noise that usually comes with underexposure.

 

Don't sweat rejections, they are great learning opportunities 🙂

    Underexposed and noisy. Additionally, there are already many thousands of sunset images in Adobe Stock, so only perfectly executed images will be accepted and are still unlikely to ever be sold given the amount of competition.
