I'm not grasping the meaning of one of the guidelines and resubmitting images

One of your guidelines says:

"Don’t: Keep repetitive, technical parameters such as platform-specific features, weights, or settings from your prompt in your asset title."

I'm not grasping the meaning of this guideline. Could you please provide an example. This may help me understand its meaning better.

I think I read that it is ok to resubmit images that did not meet your quality issues.  All the images that did not meet the standards had the following comment:

"Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise. Learn more about our technical requirement"

I'm not certain, but I think my upscaler is the culprit. My plan is to seek out a better upscaler and resubmitting those images but wanted to be sure resubmission was allowed.

Thank You

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum. We are fellow contributors. It means do not include such items as your camera settings, for instance f2.8, ISO100, 100mm, Canon. Or if you're submitting Generative AI assets, do not include the text prompt, nor the name of any of the tools you used, such as midjourney, in the keywords or titles.

If your rejected images have correctable flaws, and if you re-edit them to remove those flaws, you can resubmit. Resubmitting the exact same images multiple times without having corrected the issues will get you labeled a spammer, and can get your account blocked.

They are Adobe's guidelines. That's what @Jill_C says.

The guideline is obvious: your prompt should not be the subject of the asset title. Incidentally: the prompt is your know-how. If you gave that away, your competition could use similar prompts and produce better assets by refining your work.

If you can address the issues in an asset, you may resubmit. Don't submit the unmodified asset, however, in the hope that a different moderator does not refuse it. Doing so would be considered as spamming and your account can be disabled.

If your existing images violate any of the policies shown above, you can re-edit the titles and keywords to bring them into compliance. Adobe appears to be blocking many non-compliant accounts at the moment, so it would probably be advisable to clean up your existing portfolio to avoid getting caught up in that net...

1. The text prompt used to generate an AI diffusion would not be acceptable for title, description or keywords.  Often users include such details as camera lens size, filters, artist names in their text prompts.  This might be fine for diffusion services but it's meaningless to Stock Customers who are searching for assets like "little girl in pink dress running through tall grass."

2. We would need to see the rejected asset to give meaningful feedback.

I try to generate the highest resolution possible from the AI service.  Depending on which service you use, this can get costly.  It may take 100 or more diffusion cycles to get 3-5 decent images to work with.  And there's no guarantee that Stock will accept them.

Before submitting, always compare & contrast your work with available Stock inventory.  If it's as good or better than what Stock has, submit it.  If not, do what I do. Put the duds into a "failed artwork" folder.  On rainy days, I print them out,  grab my scissors and carve them up into little pieces which I eventually use in other art projects.  😁

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the info. Hmmm, is there a separate forum for addressing Adobe directory? Thanks again for your help

There is not a forum to address Adobe. You can use the chat box or Contact Us link on the bottom of your Dashboard page, but you probably won't receive any responses to questions relating to how to prepare your AI images. There is also an active Discord channel where there's a lot of discussion about AI. You can find that link near the bottom of this page:
