This looks like a snapshot of a TV screen or taken through an indoor window.

In either case, it’s not good enough for commercial use. 

And as ​@yamato713108855 said, the distinctive red building will no doubt require property releases from the building’s architects & owners. Most modern buildings are protected by design & engineering patents. See below for more details.

Composition can be improved, I think.

This is a problem:

The black elements surrounding the photo and the wall are in the way.
Since the building in the center has a distinctive shape, a property release may be required.

The black border, clearly. And if the main subject is the building, it’s possible you’d need a properly release in any case.
