Fellow users can't help you with a blocked account. That's a private matter between you and Stock Contributor Support.
Adobe likely detected suspicious account activity. 1) Unusual sales or refunds. 2) Unauthorized use of protected Brand Names in keywords/descriptions. 3) Content spamming. Using multiple accounts. 4) Complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from 3rd parties. 5) Other violations of Stock Contributor Terms. See below. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/submission-guidelines.html

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we are unable to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response if you have not already done so. It will most likely be awhile (possibly weeks) before you hear from them, other than a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so can potentially slow down Adobe's investigation.
