Just to be sure you understand. Assets get moderated. They can be approved or refused. I would invite you to check the assets thoroughly as long as you are waiting and to delete those with errors. That will save you a refusal and it will allow you to submit new, better assets.

You reached your submission limit for now.  Work on other projects while your submitted assets await review.

Review times can vary from 1 - 3 months.  Be patient.  Everyone must wait their turn.

Consider submitting assets to other Stock services while you wait for Adobe.

Good luck.

How long can it take to approve?

Hard to say. Some contributors, even those who have been contributing for years, have recently found that some of their assets are taking up to three months to be accepted. Not all contributors have been affected by this issue, however. When I first started contributing well over a year ago, I believe it took at least one month before my first assets were accepted. After that, assets were reviewed on a daily basis.

You've reached your limit for a new user. We aren't exactly sure when your limit will be upgraded (the next tier is 501), but it probably has something to do with either the number of sales you make or the number of images that are eventually accepted. This limit was put into place to discourage AI contributors from uploading hundreds of assets per day.

When you have a group of assets accepted, you will again be able to add more assets until you again reach your limit of 51 images.
