I started working with Adobe Stock in February 2025, focusing on motion graphics and animation.

Around 70-80% of my work was manual,
AI did the remaining 20-30%.

Both types of content generated good monthly sales, ranging from $480 to $700 USD.

But my account got suspended in April 2026.
(likely due to a few low-quality files I uploaded.)

After taking a few days to reflect, I appealed the suspension but did not receive a response.

Since then, I have submitted 3 to 5 more appeals over the past four months, yet I still haven't received any solid reply from Adobe.

Why is this happening?
Can I get my account back?
Should I give up hope?

Did you label your work as GenAI?

Any work that contains GenAI means the entire product is GenAI.

    Hope that makes sense.

If Adobe Stock wants you back, they’ll invite you back.

Stop spamming them with appeals requests. It just slows down the process.

While you wait, work on other projects and submit to outside services.

    Best of luck.

Why are you thinking the suspension is due to “(likely due to a few low-quality files I uploaded.)”

That would never be a reason for a suspension, and the email Adobe sent you clearly states other reasons.

I’m confused, why would you need days to reflect, unless you suspect you did something that perhaps to you seemed insignificant and okay, but in all reality is not okay?

I’m trying to not speculate or judge you, but if received an email like that, I would not wait to communicate, I would immediately try to find out what’s going on.  Perhaps you are leaving something out in your story that you need to face, including to Always behave with unbreakable and consistent honesty and ethics.

And like Jill said, if you did nothing wrong there’s some hope you’ll get restored.

Honestly, I can’t find any other reason besides this, from my perspective.

    Adobe can tell the rest!

We have heard from Contributors who had their accounts restored after months of suspension, so there is hope.

I'm trying to remain hopeful, but it's been almost 4 to 5 months. I'm still not getting any clear response from Adobe.

    It's really disappointing.

Yes, it’s really a shame that they keep Contributors in suspense for so long with no feedback one way or the other.
