Hi Adobe Support Team,

My Adobe Stock contributor account was suddenly deactivated today without any prior warning or specific reason.

I strictly follow all Adobe Stock guidelines and only submit high-quality, original assets. This morning, I only updated my profile photo, and shortly after, my dashboard became inaccessible. I believe my account has been restricted due to an automated system error or technical glitch.

I kindly request a manual review of my account and ask you to please restore my access. Thank you.

Repeated post about your disabled account will not result in an expedited infestation. Considering the number of accounts being disable, it could be months before your investigation in complete. Submit to other stock agencies in the mean time.

Adobe Community Expert | If you aren't submitting your assets in sRGB, you probably didn't read the rules.

What is the percentage of the specific account being refunded and has anyone received it?

Accounts do get reinstated if the reason for disabling is corrected and not obviously or purposely egregious.
