Hi all..

I'm a beginner in adobe stock. I tried submitting a few AI generated videos and all the videos are getting rejected reasoning IP violation. I used Gemini Omni flash for video generation and herewith attached of the videos which were rejected. Can someone tell me what is the issue here? Thanks in advance.

this video should be quality reject rather than IP violation, some flower glich on the 2 to 5 sec timestamps on the left.

Ensure that the specific platform & tier you’re using gives you ownership rights to generated content. Some but not all plans allow commercial use but not necessarily ownership rights. Be sure to read & understand the TERMS of all tools & services you use before submitting to Stock.

    Possibly related:

Every video generated by Google Gemini Omni Flash includes an imperceptible digital watermark called SynthID. Files contain embedded C2PA metadata to verify AI generation and trace content provenance. Maybe Adobe Stock is perceiving these digital markers as IP violations. Just a guess.

If it matters, Flash Omni is also available within Adobe Firefly.

    Hope that helps.

IP violations can sometimes be due to use of trademarked terms in the title or keywords.

Not a clue. I do know that the Adobe Discord channel is filled with comments from contributors that their AI videos are commonly being rejected, even those of contributors whose AI videos were accepted with regularity in the past. But those are being rejected on the grounds of quality issues.
