I submitted my logo 20 days ago but my logo has not been reviewed yet I really don't understand why

First, you have to wait for moderation to take place. Moderation is done in the order assets get submitted. But don't expect too much. A lot of them will be rejected on the IP basis. Artemis is such an iconic name, that I find probably a lot of entries in the registries.

A simple Google search revealed that you even have an Artemis technologies. Bad Karma. 

Second: Even that they get accepted (which in my eyes is an error) by Adobe you do not licence logos but graphics that look like logos. I (customer) cannot register this logo and anyone of my competitors would be able to use the same graphics. If you have some talent in design, design icons.
