I tried to transaction but it show the error I filled all my cards details but that time I haven't enough money and transaction not successful if it continue if I have enough balance in my account

I see the section of payout and I tried to transaction but it show the error I filled all my cards details but that time I haven't enough money and transaction not successful if it continue if I have enough balance in my account. I don't want to pay for this please helped how can I solved this problem
