Adobe Stock has higher quality standards than other microstock agencies. The main issues I see are depth-of-field and color balance (too blue).
If you can fix the problems, sure. You can resubmit it. But shorten the file name.
Background_texture_of_wilting_creepers_and_leaves_falling_on_wood_plank_flooring.jpg is excessively long.
