I’ve been unable to upload AI and EPS files to Adobe Stock for about a week. I keep getting the message “AI and EPS file uploads are temporarily unavailable.” Does anyone know when this issue will be fixed?

It looks like the issue is now resolved. I was able to upload Illustrator files. 

Any updates on when this blocker to uploading Illustrator and EPS files will be fixed? I’m frankly shocked at the slow technology response to this issue. Adobe created these formats….. 

i have the same issue its been a week and still not working any official news on this problem 

Adobe is aware. They suspended uploads of vector graphic .ai, .eps & .svg files while their engineers work to correct the problem on their end. In the meantime, we can upload JPEG, transparent PNG, MOV & MP4 video files.

No. Adobe is aware of the issue and working on it, but there’s no way to know when a fix will be implemented.

No one here knows when the issue will be fixed. SVG files can be uploaded in the mean time.
