I’ve contributed for years but haven’t posted in a while. My recent submissions were rejected for quality, and without moderator feedback it’s hard to know what to fix. I’d appreciate insight into what may have been flagged in this submission.

You do have what is called chromatic aberration on the edges of the windows!

It is the red edge. That is a ‘quality’ fault!

It is not sharp due to blur or lack of focus.

I’m not sure I understand, this is not what you submitted? I would want to see the original that was rejected in order to give you better feedback. In my opinion this crop is too tight, why crop the bottom of the middle building? When shooting drone shots cover everything wide and tight as much as possible.

As a buyer, what would you use this image for commercially?

What message does it communicate to viewers?

Quality is a big topic that encompasses more than camera & exposure settings. A technically good photo can still be rejected for blandness. Visual interest, color & contrasts are big selling points in commercial content.
