I've hit my submission limit for the day. Could you help me look into this?

Hi there, I’ve hit my submission limit. I uploaded about 20 images, but 7 were stuck in review. I’ve since deleted those 7, but I’m still unable to upload new ones. Could you please look into this and see if my limit can be reset?

We're contributors like yourself here. We can't be of help. Bottom line, you've hit your limit and will have to wait until you can submit again. The limit is different for everyone and there is nothing you can do but wait.

Nobody here in this user-to-user community can help you.

Contributors have weekly and maximum limits:

  • Weekly limit = wait 8 days to submit more images for review.
  • Maximum limit = wait until current assets in the queue are reviewed. 
  • Focus more on asset quality & less on quantity.

Can you tell me what my weekly limit is? It looks like I’ve been waiting for 2 days already, with 6 more to go before it resets.
