I want to cancel payout request

Hello Dear , I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out for the first time seeking urgent assistance. I am stock contributor . I  recently made a PayPal payout request . Unfortunately, myPaypal  account is now limited due to a verification issue. To avoid risks, I'd like to cancel the PayPal payout . I already sent a messege from contributor contact us , but not yet get any reply or update . How to contact with support directly via messege or call ?

It's not possible to cancel a payout request. You will need to contact contributor support, and hope that they can cancel it for you, or you will need to wait for PayPal to refuse the incoming funds and for Adobe to credit you back.

I am writing to request the cancellation of my current pending payout and to update my Payoneer account information.

Issue:
I have recently submitted a payout request, but I need to change my linked Payoneer account before the payment is processed. The current payout is still in "Pending" status.

Request:
1. Please cancel my current pending payout request immediately.
2. Allow me to update my Payoneer account details in the Contributor portal.
3. I will resubmit the payout request after updating the account information.

Please treat this as urgent, as the payment may be processed soon.
