I want to know the reason why my file was rejected on Adobe Stock.

Hello, I submitted a vector file, but it was rejected.
I received this message.
I revised the file and submitted it again. However, it was rejected once more.
Could you please tell me what needs to be fixed?

The contributor site does not accept PostScript files, only EPS files. So the attached file is not what you submitted.

The generic refusal reasons are not specific to your work. Instead it’s a cookie-cutter template with all the reasons that may or may not apply to your work.

Read the 7-part Vector section in your Contributor User Guide. These submission requirements were updated in June and some things were changed. It starts here:

Technically, the main and sufficient reason for rejection is that the objects do not start at the 0,0 coordinates of the artboard. Formally, other possible reasons for rejection could include obviously poor quality of traced images, an “extra” brush in the Brushes panel, an unclear artboard name, an empty outline in the third block of this interface design, and so on. The submitted file must be an .EPS in version 8 or 10, not PostScript. That is the technical side of the vector file.

But I honestly have no idea whether this stock site accepts this kind of interface design at all, so perhaps someone else here can clarify that for you.

Oh, and the text that accompanies the rejected image, about “Your JPEG preview,” has nothing to do with reality. In plain terms, it should have been updated to reflect the actual process about three years ago, but the people running this stock site apparently don't care, so just ignore that part.
