I want to know whether, if a vector file is rejected due to a quality issue, intellectual property, or similar content, I can modify the file—for example, by deleting some parts or adding something new—and then upload the revised version again.

I initially submitted this file, and it was rejected due to a quality issue. I made some minor changes to the file and submitted it again, but this time it received an intellectual property rejection.

Can you upload the image in question here, either the original vector the an exported jpg version so we can see what might have resulted in the IP issue? Moderators can only select one reason for refusal, even if there is more than one.
