Question

I want to know why is my account blocked again after one week

Hello,

I am writing here to seek assistance regarding my contributor account. My account was blocked, restored, and now—just one week later—it has been locked again due to a high volume of downloads that I am not responsible for. My pending payout is frozen once again, and my support ticket is ADB-46434037-M7D5.

I put a massive amount of genuine work into my portfolio, keywords, and metadata. It is incredibly frustrating to see this blocked repeatedly by automated filters. I seriously suspect that malicious third parties might be manipulating downloads or purchases on my profile specifically to trigger these automated suspensions.

Standard support tickets often take an extremely long time to resolve, which is why I am turning to the community. Could a moderator or Adobe team member please take a look at this case, investigate potential outside interference, and help get my account permanently cleared and my payout released?

I’m sorry you’re having to deal with this Michele.

I just reported your message and encourage all experts to do the same. Adobe needs to address this issue with all of us, and more people voicing their concerns will only accelerate that.

    Keep us posted!

The same thing happend to me after my account being reinstated, it only stayed live for 3 weeks. It’s back up and running again but I just made my first royalties withdrawal since reinstatement so now waiting to see if the ban email comes a 3rd time! It wouldn’t be so bad if they didn’t take so long to respond to support tickets.

After my 2nd ban was resolved I raised another ticket asking that my account be flagged in case this happened again, so it could be immediately reviewed by human eyes - zero response.

We have no control over who downloads our assets and I am beyond frustrated that Adobe don’t have a way of policing fraudulant buyers without penalising contributors.

Wishing you the best of luck for a swift response from Adobe.

No one can assist you here in this forum. This blocking is due to an automated checking of portfolios.
My account has also been blocked, after 5 weeks reopened and 2 days later re-blocked. So join the club.

Okay, thanks. And how long did it take to get reactivated after the second time?

I have not appealed so it remains closed. Instead I have asked that my account be deleted. As you can see in this forum. Adobe has taken an aggressive step in closing accounts. I am not dependent on my sales from Adobe so I will not accept the way contributors are being treated.
If bad assets in portfolios are the problem then Adobe has a problem with their moderators. In my case, I believe the problem is my photos are mistaken for AI generated. Repeated flagging results in automated closure of my account.
