I want to Remove Payoneer payment method. anyone can help me?

I have clicked "contact us" in the the bottom of the Contributor portal,
And Select the main category (Payment, text, bonus program),
Then I select the subcategory (Unsync Payoneer account)
and Type (Dear stock contributor team,
Some problem in my Payoneer account, Kindly delete this payoneer account from to stock contributor account)
But no action is being taken on it.
