You really have to think about the composition of your photos!

And in this case, think about how the images can be used in a commercial setting. Stock photography is about using an image that can sell. What are you saying about your images?

1181 is underexposed and missing contrast. But I like the picture. The flower boots may be an IP violation.

For 1138, I agree with @Jill_C . The composition is bad.

Who leaves their boots in the garden for bugs, snakes & and other unwelcome critters to climb into?

The picture doesn't make much sense.

IMG_1138.jpg - could have been composed better; back up and include the complete handle and shift a bit so that you're not photographing the hinge on the gate.
