There is a contact link on the message you get telling you that it is blocked. Use that link. Be polite. Don't spam. Wait, and hope, because if you broke Adobe's terms that may be the finish.  Check spam folders.

Work on other things while the investigation process completes.  It could take a while.

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity,
2) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party,
3) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms,
4) A technical problem that only Stock Support can fix.

If you don't hear anything within 10 business days (check your spam folder), send a follow-up.

We don't know how long it will take. It seems there are many accounts being blocked right now, possibly due to too many invalid Generative AI submissions (just an assumption) on my part, so the Contributor Support team appears to be quite overwhelmed. But, even in the past, before AI assets were allowed, it was very rare for a previously blocked account holder to come back to the Forum and advise how the issue was resolved and how long it took. It could take weeks, it might be months, or it might be never depending on the severity of the infraction.

They will get an answer on what the problem is. Occasionally, however, the blocked contributors do not understand the message or do not see the mail. Every so often it lands in the spam folder.
