I would like to know which intellectual property rights this photograph has infringed.

This is an open traffic intersection in my city. The picture shows its night view with all the lights on, and lots of people come here to take photos.

Nighttime light installations are frequently protected by separate IP & design patents.  As one example, the Eiffel Tower in Paris can be photographed in the daytime, but night photography is prohibited as the light installation is privately owned & protected.

See relevant sections on IP below from your Contributor User Guide.

    Hope that helps.

I’ve marked in green the problem areas I see. There may be more I can’t see in the full-sized original.

goog+mood people try to be helpful, but often don’t understand what they read or don’t have any personal experience with questions asked in this forum. Adobe moderators have guidelines for reviewing thousands of images, and must when in doubt reject an asset that could give headaches in the future.

In the case of this photo (IN MY OPINION), the red flag is the heart on the building which could be protected art, there is also another signage I highlighted that I would remove.

If you are not using Photoshop and you want to be serious about stock, invest on it. The new AI features makes it unbelievably quick and easy to solve issues like this.

It is a beautiful shot, but the bigger problem I see is that there’s too much noise in this picture.

You could try removing what I highlighted, denoising and try again.

By the way, what drone did you use?

    Best of luck to you.

You can hang this on your wall for personal enjoyment.  But you can’t sell it for commercial use.

If the image contains text or a logo, such as on a sign, it will be rejected due to IP issues.

Furthermore, this image will likely be rejected because it contains too much noise.
