ID card got rejected, can't submit

I've synchronized my fotolio portfolio just yesterday, successfully updated tax form, uploaded some new illustrations... Tho I cant submit them - green *submit* button isn't  working  for me and I see red banner about my ID got rejected. I hit *let's go* button which probably should allow to reupload my ID but when I click on this button nothing happens : (

I've tried several browsers and cleaned cookies, tried VPN (and ADBlocks) off and on...

Nothing helped.
